The Finest Quality Adhesive Address Labels You Can Buy
We have carefully developed Address Labels backed by adhesive over several years, to produce a high quality and easily used label suitable for a wide variety of applications. Our adhesive address labels can also be selected by the type of adhesive used, ranging from the Standard Permanent, right through to specialist Freezer and toxic chemical applications. Also we can provide a selection of face materials such as standard paper, clear or metallic finishes. The selection of sizes we provide means that you can select the exact match for your own requirements. With over 100 Address Label cutters available, if you don’t find a size you need then let us know and we can supply a custom size to your exact specifications.
We use a laminate in our adhesive address labels which consists of a base liner that lays flat, as standard about 70gsm, although we can offer a range of backing liners and thicknesses to suit a special application for your individual circumstances. This is followed by a layer of adhesive coated by a Gravure process. Our coating method has been designed to provide a consistent coat weight of adhesive, which makes sure that the label adhesion remains optimal for long term stickiness. The thickness of a standard adhesive is around 18gsm, although this will vary depending on the type of adhesive required. Thirdly, the most important layer is then applied, which is the face material. There are far too many of these available to mention them all here but we just want you to know that by using different liners, adhesives and face materials, we can literally offer thousands of tailor made combinations for your address labels, so please ask us if you have a special environment that you are working with or want to create a special quality finish to your own product.
At Eurolabels we also provide fanfold adhesive address labels which would be a sensible option for long print runs from heavy duty printers. They are available in packs of four or eight thousand labels. Please contact us for more information about how you can get the highest throughput for large batches.
