The construction of the laminate we use in our Address Labels consists of a “Lay flat” base liner, usually about 70gsm, although Eurolabels can offer a range of backing liners and thicknesses to suit special applications for most circumstances.  This is followed by a layer of adhesive coated by our Gravure process, this coating method provides a consistent coat weight for the adhesive, which ensures the label adhesion remains at a premium for your Address Labels.  The thickness of a standard adhesive is around 18gsm, although this will vary depending on the type of adhesive required.  Finally, the most important layer is the face material. There are far too many of these available to mention, but with the different liners, adhesives and face materials available, we can literally offer thousands of tailor made combinations for your Address Labels, no matter what the requirement. 

Address Labels on A4 sheets offer a versatile and economic way to solve all your mailing and addressing needs.  These Address Label stickers are ideal for printing on desktop printers and are laser and inkjet compatible.  This gives you more flexibility to print Address Labels yourself.

Address Labels on a roll are more cost effective and less time consuming for companies using larger quantities of labels on a regular basis.  The labels require specialist label printers.  You can get a wide range of label printers some with Thermal Transfer Ribbons and some without.  We have labels that suit printers with or without ribbons.  It is worth remembering, that some printers are not suitable partners to some constructions of Address Labels material, so if you are at all unsure, please contact us for more assistance, or consult your printer supplier.

At Eurolabels we have various Address Roll Labels.  Direct Thermal Economy Address Labels are cheap Address Labels that are suitable for short life situations such as pallets, boxes and packages where mailing labels are required.  These labels can mark easier than the Direct Thermal Top Coated Address Labels which is why the economy are more suitable for short life situations.  The top coated stickers are capable of withstanding harsher environments where scuffs, oils, fats, chemicals and solvents.  This is a good long life solution for your Address Labels.  Both of these Address Labels require printers without a ribbon.  We offer Semi Gloss Thermal Transfer Address Labels and Vellum Thermal Transfer Address Labels.  Both of these labels are suitable for printing Address Labels with the Thermal Transfer Ribbons.  The Vellum Address Labels are suitable for shorter life situations and is ideal for barcode printing.  It has good long range scanning properties and is a less reflective barcode substrate.  The last option is the Semi Gloss Thermal Transfer Address Labels.  As the name suggests the face is between a matt and high gloss finish.  This label is an excellent choice if a crisp barcode printing is required for you Address Labels.
